Our Dry Needling service is a specialized, targeted treatment technique designed to safely release deep muscular trigger points. Our professional physiotherapists use fine, sterile needles to directly stimulate hyperirritable spots within the muscle tissue, effectively deactivating painful “knots” that restrict your movement.

This evidence-based approach works efficiently to relieve persistent muscle tension, improve local blood circulation, and accelerate your body’s natural healing process. By directly targeting structural tissue tightness, it provides profound pain relief and supports a faster, more effective recovery.

How does Dry Needling works

Persistent muscle knots, referred pain, and deep-seated physical tension can limit your daily flexibility and slow down rehabilitation. Our precise dry needling treatment gets straight to the source of muscular discomfort, safely unlocking tight fibers and restoring fluid movement.

Release Trigger Points

Deactivate tight muscular knots causing localized or referred pain.

Reduce Muscle Tension

Relieve stubborn physical tightness to relax targeted muscle groups.

Improve Local Circulation

Enhance blood flow to damaged tissues for faster healing.

Support Faster Recovery

Accelerate rehabilitation progress and safely restore natural mobility.

Our Therapy Approach

We apply precise, hygienic dry needling techniques directly into affected muscle fibers, safely deactivating intense trigger points to rapidly alleviate pain and restore optimal muscle function.

Dry needling is a targeted treatment technique where fine, sterile needles are inserted into tight muscle trigger points to release tension, reduce pain, improve circulation, and support faster physical recovery.

No, they are different. While both use similar thin needles, acupuncture is based on traditional Eastern medicine energy channels, whereas dry needling is based on Western clinical principles targeting specific anatomy and musculoskeletal trigger points.

You may feel a minor prick as the needle enters, followed by a brief muscle twitch response which can feel like a dull ache or cramp. This twitch is normal and indicates the muscle knot is successfully releasing.

Many patients experience improved mobility and reduced pain within 24 to 48 hours after their first session. Chronic or deeply rooted muscle tightness typically requires a few consistent sessions for long-term relief.

Mild muscle soreness, similar to the feeling after a heavy workout, is common in the treated area and usually lasts for 12 to 24 hours. Minor bruising can also occur but fades quickly.
